Your dashboard. Built your way.

Everything you want to know before you commit: your options, how a build works and straight answers to the questions people ask first.

Pick your update style

The big decision is how the board gets updated. Everything else is design and detail.

  • ✓Fastest way to go live
  • ✓Great for personal or series progress
  • ✓Nothing extra to manage

Questions before you commit

Can't see your question? Email me and ask.

Who is this for?

Raid: Shadow Legends YouTubers and streamers, clans, and anyone running a community event or competition who wants a proper place to show stats, standings or progress.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I handle the build and hosting. If you choose the Discord option, updating the board is a slash command in your own server. If you choose the data-file option, I will show you exactly what to change.

What can the dashboard show?

Anything you can measure in Raid and want to share: campaign progress, Great Hall, champions and stars, arena ranks, Faction Wars, Doom Tower, Clan Boss and Demon Lord damage, dungeon records, arbiter missions and more. If you are unsure, ask and I will tell you honestly whether it is practical.

Will you need my Raid login?

No. I will never ask for your Raid password. Stats are either typed in by you or your admins, or pulled in from a source you choose: a HellHades Raid Optimiser share link, or your Raid Aegis account at raid.tf-gaming.com, our own tracker.

Where does my champion roster come from?

There are two options. The first is a HellHades Raid Optimiser share link, which needs nothing installed. The second is Raid Aegis, our own tracker and game database. It keeps everything in house, but you create an account at raid.tf-gaming.com, download the Raid Aegis agent and run it on your PC. We will pick whichever suits you when we talk.

How do updates work after launch?

You choose at the start. Either you change a value in a data file and publish, or your admins use Discord slash commands and the site redeploys automatically. We will agree on which suits your team.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you want, so I quote each project individually after we have talked. A simple data-file dashboard is a smaller job than a Discord-controlled competition board. Send me your idea and I will come back with a clear price.

How long does it take?

It depends on the scope and how quickly we can agree on the design. I will give you a realistic timeline in your quote, which matters most if you have an event start date to hit.

Can it use my own branding and web address?

Yes to the branding: your logo, colours and artwork. Custom web addresses are something we can discuss when we talk about your project.

Who owns the finished dashboard?

Ownership, hosting and any ongoing costs are agreed up front and written into your quote, so nothing is a surprise later.

Is this official or affiliated with Plarium?

No. These are independent fan-made tools. Raid: Shadow Legends is a trademark of Plarium, and TF Gaming is not affiliated with or endorsed by Plarium.

Can I see it working before I commit?

Yes. Both examples are live right now: the Sam the Raid Man leaderboard and the Free to Play 2026 tracker. Have a good look around, then email me with questions.

What happens if I just want to ask a question?

Email me. An enquiry is not a commitment, and I will tell you straight if what you want is not a good fit.

Ready when you are.

Send me a few lines about what you want to show and how you want to update it. I will reply with what is possible and a quote.

Replies come from Clive at TF Gaming, the person who builds them.
